During the past 15 years, Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company (through affiliates like Arsenault Acquisition Corporation) has specialized in acquiring "value added" opportunities in commercial real estate. We have completed more than 100 retail, office, industrial and apartment projects comprising nearly five million square feet with a combined value in excess of $200 million. In-house brokers and acquisition personnel have the ability to quickly and accurately analyze each potential deal for its investment potential. In-house leasing and construction personnel are included in the due diligence process so that all facets of a potential acquisition are carefully investigated to ensure our investment criteria are met.

Lending Relationships
Colorado & Santa Fe has developed a reputation as experienced buyers who are capable of quickly closing on a contract. The company's principal, Marcel Arsenault, has developed numerous relationships with lenders who are familiar with the company's expertise and with Mr. Arsenault's strong track record and personal finances. These relationships have enabled our group to acquire many under-performing properties, including several that were economically or environmentally troubled, for which most sellers have difficulty finding capable buyers.
